Herzlich willkommen bei uns! Unser Haus befindet sich abseits der Straße in ruhiger Südhanglage. Unsere komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen bieten Platz für 2-6 Personen. Sie finden in unseren Wohnungen viele Extras: Bügeleisen, Fön, Toaster, Elektrogrill, Waffeleisen, Geschirrspüler (nur Typ 1), Kühltruhe (nur Typ 1), usw. Im Preis enthalten sind folgende Leistungen: Bett- und Tischwäsche, Hand-, Dusch- und Geschirrtücher, Toilettenpapier, Strom und Endreinigung. Auf Wunsch, 1 x wöchentlich kostenloser Handtuchwechsel. Große Sonnenterrasse, herrlicher Panoramablick. Zum Seepark Arrach nur 10 Gehminuten. Freizeitangebote: Badesee mit Spielplatz und großer Grünanlage (10 Minuten Fußweg) - Im Winter Schlittschuhlaufen - Großes, sehr gut beschildertes Netz an Wanderwegen. Hallen- und Freibäder in Lam (Osser Bad) und Bad Kötzting. Kinderermäßigung: Kinder bis zwei Jahre sind frei. Für jede weitere Person beträgt der Aufschlag Euro 10,00 pro Tag. Haustiere: ( nur FeWo Typ 2) Für Haustiere erlauben wir uns einen Unkostenbeitrag von Euro 3,00 pro Tag zu berechnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Zwei große Supermärkte ca. 3 Autominuten entfernt. Wintermonate (November -März) In den Wintermonaten erlauben wir uns einen Heizkostenzuschlag von Euro 5,00 zu berechnen. DTV-Klassifizierung: Unsere Ferienwohnung Typ 1 wurde desöfteren mit 5-Sternen ***** nach DTV klassifiziert. Internetnutzung: Kostenloses W-LAN .
